I started working in the medical world when I was 16 years old, as a certified nurse’s assistant from 1980-1996. I graduated with my medical assistant AOS degree in 1992. In 1998 I became an EMT, which I retired from in 2020. I started working at Village Physical Therapy and Fitness in May of 2019. My grandmother encouraged me to work in the medical field. She always said I had a gift for compassion, empathy, and for helping others who could not care for themselves. When I am not working I enjoy gardening, crafting, reading, and crocheting.
