I have worked as a Physical Therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting for over 20 years since graduating from Nazareth College in Rochester. I have been employed with Village Physical Therapy for the past 15 years. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and diagnoses, but my special interest includes post-operative rehabilitation. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, golfing, and spending time with my husband and 2 children.
Patrick Privatera, MS, PT, ATC is the president of Village Physical Therapy and Village Fitness. He was a 1996 graduate of Ithaca College’s physical therapy program, and earned his certification as an Athletic Trainer in 2000. Pat has directed the LeRoy office of Village Physical Therapy since its inception in 1998, and guided the company’s expansion to its 4 office locations and integrated fitness centers. Professionally, he served as president of the Physical Therapy First Alliance (formerly the Physical Therapy Alliance of Upstate NY) and the Alliance of Independent Physical Therapists, a special interest group of APTA-NY. He has been an adjunct faculty member in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at SUNY Genesee, and the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Nazareth College.
I have been a PTA for 27 years and have been with Pat for 17 years. I really like working with people and help to become functional again. I like working with any injuries, but my favorite is total knees. When I am not working, I love gardening and hand with my husband and dogs.
I have been with Village Physical Therapy Since 2008. Starting out as a part-time cleaner/lifeguard in high school. I started working the front desk in 2012 after graduating college and began to learn all the ins and outs of the behind the scenes work that goes into making Village Physical Therapy and Fitness run. Been Front desk receptionist for 10+ years. When not working, you can find me spending time with my Fiancé Brandon and our Pups Ali and Nelly.
I joined the Village PT family in August of 2007. Starting as a receptionist and succeeded into my current role as billing manager. My favorite part of this job is interacting with the patients and being able to help them in any way I can. I love traveling and spending time with my husband, two children, and dog. In my down time, I enjoy going for walks and taking pictures.
I have been with Village Physical Therapy for 17 years and have 29 years of experience with medical billing. In 2009, I was promoted to Office/Business Manager. I wear many hats but mainly take care of personnel and money management for all 5 of the owner's entities. When I'm not working on managing Village PT, I am helping my husband Chad with his business's books and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy a good DIY project when I can find the time.
I have been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 11 years. I love to help people get back to the activities they love to do. I have experience seeing people with a variety of injuries of all ages, taking a more manual and hands on approach to neck and back pain if it is appropriate. I love athletics, and I was an Assistant Softball Coach for Nazareth College for 10 years, but now have 3 kids 5 and under which keeps me very busy outside of work!
